1. Service. Ortho Chart Studio ("the Service") is provided by Dentist Mastery Inc. on a subscription basis for use by dental and orthodontic practices in preparing clinical records, cephalometric analyses and treatment plans.
2. Clinical responsibility. The Service assists with measurement and record-keeping. All diagnoses, measurements and treatment decisions remain the professional responsibility of the treating clinician. Measurements must be verified before clinical use.
3. Patient data. The Service stores patient records only on your own computer, in an encrypted vault file that you control. Dentist Mastery Inc. does not receive, transmit or store patient information. You remain the custodian of your patient records and are responsible for their retention, backup and security under applicable law and your regulatory college's requirements.
4. Passphrase. Your vault passphrase is not known to, recoverable by, or stored by Dentist Mastery Inc. If it is lost, the records in that vault cannot be recovered by anyone.
5. Accounts & payment. One account per user. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled. Trials convert per the posted terms.
6. Warranty. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentist Mastery Inc. is not liable for any clinical, financial or consequential loss arising from its use.
